Charities Buying Group
Interbacs attended the CBG (Charities Buying Group) annual conference at The Royal Society in London last week. The CBG provide free, dedicated buying advice and purchasing service to the not-for-profit sector.
The conference was a great opportunity to speak to charities and non-profit organisations and to get an understanding of the struggles they face when it comes to their cash flow and finance. It was also a fantastic opportunity for our three delegates (Caesar, Lewis and Ryan) to explain the benefits of collecting their memberships and donations via Direct Debit
The Direct Debit Scheme will benefit organisations by:
- Reducing collection errors leading to better service quality
- Reducing administration costs
- Increasing certainty of payments and improving cash flow
- Increasing customer retention
- Increasing take-up as costs can be spread across the year.
On behalf of everyone at Interbacs, we would like to thank everyone at the CBG for hosting such a successful event, we would like to also thank all the delegates that came to speak to us on the day, and we look forward to hopefully building relationships with you in the future.
