In the next of our customer focus articles, we spoke to Nick Chiverton from the accounts department at CitNOW; they have been a customer of Interbacs since 2011 and use our facilities management service to collect their Direct Debits.

In the next of our customer focus articles, we spoke to Nick Chiverton from the accounts department at CitNOW; they have been a customer of Interbacs since 2011 and use our facilities management service to collect their Direct Debits.

CitNOW is a personal video presentation service; a series of simple to use apps that offer car dealerships the opportunity to sell cars and parts more profitably.

The idea for the company started 10 years ago, when the director Andrew Howells had a chance conversation in a corridor with the marketing director of Honda UK, who wanted his customers to be able to view cars without needing to visit a showroom. That conversation generated an idea for a completely new business and CitNOW was born.

CitNOW is the UK’s largest provider of video support services to the automotive industry, and is currently providing sales and aftersales video services to 15 UK vehicle manufacturer brands (OEMs), and has its systems installed in more than 1,000 dealerships.

The company also has a global strategy with four OEMs and plans to expand its existing operations further in the UK and other European markets, as well as the USA, Africa, Middle East and Central & East Asia. For more information on CitNOW click here.
