The economic climate in the recent years has been challenging for most organisations especially for those SME businesses having to struggle to grow. The 2012-13 financial year for Interbacs was an extremely productive and rewarding year. The Manchester based company grows from strength to strength expanding its customer base and strengthening its various income stream. Interbacs has selected two new members of staff from local Apprentice Schemes offering the chance for young people to gain fundamental experience and kick start their working career. Interbacs also recruited Caesar Hao He, an MBAgraduate of 2004 class from Manchester Business School and experienced banking relationship director from Barclays, to join its team to head up the sales and credit functions to support its growth.
At the start of 2013 after satisfying the governing body Bacs’ inspection Interbacs has successfully obtained its Bacs Accreditation just in time to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
